Dear Good Shepherd Parents:

We are excited to begin our GSCS , after-school music program, beginning in January! We will meet every Monday from 2:30-3:30 in the music room. If your student is interested in participating, please email us at [email protected] before Dec. 18th. We need to get an idea of how many/what age children will attend so we can plan accordingly. Once you email us that you are interested, we will email you a questionnaire detailing: what (if any) musical experience your child has; what you/they hope to gain from the program (want to learn to read music, want to learn an instrument, love to sing, etc.); what genre of music you’re interested in; what area(s) of your child’s development (if any) you hope will benefit from music study/participation; etc.
Depending on what mix of voices we have, we hope to start with a school choir, but we will tailor the program to the individual wants/needs of each student.
