Davy Crockett, Pecos Bill, Sluefoot Sue, John Henry... we are reading about these legendary characters and will be writing and performing skits based on some of the tall tales.

Gary Rogers from the Fish and Wildlife department will be coming once a month to teach the kids about animals native to Ky, hunting safety, and other interesting topics. Mr. Rogers always keeps us laughing while he teaches us and we appreciate this program that is provided free to our school by Fish and Wildlife.

The Diocese of Lexington is hosting its annual Memorial Golf Classic this Friday, 09/12/14. Proceeds to benefit the Diocesan Respect Life Office and Our Lady of the Mountains School.
