October 16th - Final Keeneland clean-up and we need 12 volunteers. We will meet at GSCS around 6:00PM and depart for Keeneland at 6:10PM, this only takes a few hours. The 5th grade and kindergarten students sit together at school masses and work together once a month on such things as Tall Tales, learning games, and The 7 Habits.
Our 5th graders are joining with 5th graders from all across Frankfort for the One Book One Frankfort Community Reading Project. We are reading the novel, Out of My Mind and then attending author Sharon Draper's presentation on Oct. 20.
